*All items are handmade and inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely event an item has a defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and can be exchanged for the same item or refunded depending on availability. Items are shipped via USPS. After packages are shipped, they are in the care and control of USPS. USPS is solely responsible for the packages and any claims of lost, damaged, or stolen items should be filed directly with USPS.
