Turn Around Time : Varies depending on item due to the nature of being custom made. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your order during this time please contact me at zannahs.visions@gmail.com
Shipping Information : Items are shipped via USPS. After packages are shipped, they are in the care and control of USPS. USPS is solely responsible for the packages and any claims of lost, damaged, or stolen items should be filed directly with USPS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days unless you pay for expedited shipping. Tracking information will be provided and updated as soon as received. Items are insured.
Returns / Exchanges : All items are handmade and inspected before being shipped. In the unlikely event an item has a defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and can be exchanged for the same item or refunded depending on availability. All other returns / exchanges will not be allowed. Customer will need to contact me at zannahs.visions@gmail.com
